1. Preise und Versandkosten
Alle im Onlineshop angegebenen Preise sind Gesamtpreise in Euro und enthalten die gesetzliche Umsatzsteuer.
Zusätzlich zum angegebenen Produktpreis können Versandkosten anfallen. Die jeweils anfallenden Versandkosten werden dem Kunden im Warenkorb sowie im Checkout vor Abgabe der verbindlichen Bestellung angezeigt.
2. Liefergebiet
Wir liefern an Lieferadressen innerhalb der Europäischen Union.
Ob eine konkrete Lieferadresse beliefert werden kann, wird während des Bestellvorgangs geprüft. Eine Lieferung in Länder außerhalb der Europäischen Union ist derzeit nicht möglich.
3. Standardversand
Für den Standardversand gelten folgende Versandkosten und Lieferzeiten:
Deutschland
- Versandkosten: 4,99 € pro Bestellung
- Lieferzeit: etwa 2 bis 4 Werktage
Übrige Mitgliedstaaten der Europäischen Union
- Versandkosten: 13,99 € pro Bestellung
- Lieferzeit: etwa 3 bis 7 Werktage
Ab einem Warenwert von 120,00 € erfolgt der Standardversand innerhalb der Europäischen Union kostenfrei.
Maßgeblich ist der Warenwert nach Abzug sämtlicher Rabatte und Rabattcodes. Versandkosten werden bei der Berechnung des für den kostenlosen Versand maßgeblichen Warenwerts nicht berücksichtigt.
Sofern auf der jeweiligen Produktseite keine abweichende Lieferzeit angegeben ist, gelten die vorstehenden Lieferzeiten.
4. Berechnung der Lieferzeit
Die Lieferfrist beginnt, sofern bei der jeweiligen Zahlungsart nichts anderes angegeben ist, am Werktag nach Vertragsschluss.
Bei Zahlungsarten, die eine vorherige Zahlungsfreigabe oder Zahlungsbestätigung voraussetzen, beginnt die Lieferfrist am Werktag nach Erteilung der Zahlungsfreigabe durch den jeweiligen Zahlungsdienstleister.
Fällt das Ende der Lieferfrist auf einen Sonn- oder gesetzlichen Feiertag am Lieferort, endet die Lieferfrist am darauffolgenden Werktag.
Als Werktage gelten Montag bis Samstag, ausgenommen gesetzliche Feiertage am Lieferort.
5. Versanddienstleister
Der Versand erfolgt abhängig von Lieferort, Paketgröße und Verfügbarkeit insbesondere durch:
- DHL
- DPD
- GLS
Die Auswahl des Versanddienstleisters erfolgt durch Trucktat GmbH. Ein Anspruch auf die Lieferung durch einen bestimmten Versanddienstleister besteht nicht, sofern nicht ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart wurde.
Sollte eine Bestellung in mehreren Teilsendungen geliefert werden, entstehen dem Kunden dadurch keine zusätzlichen Versandkosten.
6. Zahlungsarten
Die verfügbaren Zahlungsarten werden dem Kunden im Checkout angezeigt. Abhängig vom Lieferland, verwendeten Endgerät, Bestellwert und Ergebnis der Prüfung durch den jeweiligen Zahlungsdienstleister können insbesondere folgende Zahlungsarten zur Verfügung stehen:
Kredit- und Debitkarte
Die Zahlung kann insbesondere mit folgenden Karten erfolgen:
- Visa
- Mastercard
Die Zahlungsabwicklung erfolgt je nach Checkout-Konfiguration insbesondere über Shopify Payments oder Stripe.
Nach Abgabe der Bestellung kann der Rechnungsbetrag auf der verwendeten Karte autorisiert oder belastet werden. Der genaue Zeitpunkt der Belastung richtet sich nach der Zahlungsabwicklung und den Bedingungen des jeweiligen Zahlungsdienstleisters.
PayPal
Bei Auswahl von PayPal wird der Kunde zur Zahlungsabwicklung zu PayPal weitergeleitet oder erhält im Checkout ein entsprechendes PayPal-Zahlungsfenster.
Für die Nutzung ist grundsätzlich ein PayPal-Konto erforderlich, sofern PayPal nicht im Einzelfall eine Zahlung ohne Konto anbietet. Die Zahlung wird nach Maßgabe der zwischen dem Kunden und PayPal geltenden Bedingungen ausgeführt.
Klarna
Je nach Lieferland, Bestellwert und individueller Freigabe durch Klarna können insbesondere folgende Klarna-Zahlungsarten angeboten werden:
- Klarna Sofortzahlung beziehungsweise „Pay Now“
- Klarna Rechnung beziehungsweise „Pay Later“
- Klarna Ratenzahlung beziehungsweise „Financing“
- weitere im Checkout angezeigte Klarna-Zahlungsarten
Bei Auswahl einer Klarna-Zahlungsart erfolgt die Zahlungsabwicklung über Klarna. Klarna kann die Bereitstellung einer Zahlungsart von einer Identitäts-, Adress- oder Bonitätsprüfung abhängig machen.
Die jeweiligen Zahlungsfristen, Raten, Kosten und sonstigen Bedingungen werden dem Kunden vor Abschluss der Zahlung durch Klarna angezeigt. Ein Anspruch auf die Freigabe einer bestimmten Klarna-Zahlungsart besteht nicht.
Apple Pay
Apple Pay kann genutzt werden, wenn der Kunde ein kompatibles Apple-Gerät verwendet, Apple Pay eingerichtet hat und die Zahlungsart im Checkout angezeigt wird.
Die Zahlung wird über die in Apple Pay hinterlegte Zahlungsmethode abgewickelt.
Google Pay
Google Pay kann genutzt werden, wenn der Kunde ein kompatibles Gerät verwendet, Google Pay eingerichtet hat und die Zahlungsart im Checkout angezeigt wird.
Die Zahlung wird über die in Google Pay hinterlegte Zahlungsmethode abgewickelt.
7. Fälligkeit und Zahlungsabwicklung
Soweit bei der ausgewählten Zahlungsart nichts Abweichendes angegeben ist, wird der Kaufpreis mit Vertragsschluss fällig.
Die Zahlungsabwicklung kann über externe Zahlungsdienstleister erfolgen. Für die Durchführung der Zahlung gelten ergänzend die Bedingungen des vom Kunden ausgewählten Zahlungsdienstleisters.
Es stehen ausschließlich die Zahlungsarten zur Verfügung, die dem Kunden während des Bestellvorgangs tatsächlich angezeigt werden. Einzelne Zahlungsarten können insbesondere aufgrund des Lieferlands, des Bestellwerts, technischer Voraussetzungen oder der Entscheidung des Zahlungsdienstleisters nicht verfügbar sein.
8. Fehlgeschlagene Zahlungen
Kann eine Zahlung nicht erfolgreich autorisiert oder ausgeführt werden, ist Trucktat GmbH nicht verpflichtet, die Bestellung zu versenden, bevor die vollständige Zahlung beziehungsweise eine ausreichende Zahlungsbestätigung des Zahlungsdienstleisters vorliegt.
Der Kunde ist verpflichtet, bei der Zahlungsabwicklung zutreffende und vollständige Angaben zu machen.

Versand- und Zahlungsbedingungen
1. Prices and shipping costs
All prices displayed in the online shop are total prices in euros and include the applicable statutory value-added tax.
Shipping costs may be charged in addition to the displayed product price. The applicable shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart and during checkout before the customer submits a binding order.
2. Delivery area
We deliver to delivery addresses within the European Union.
Whether a specific delivery address can be served will be checked during the ordering process. Delivery to countries outside the European Union is currently not available.
3. Standard shipping
The following shipping costs and estimated delivery times apply:
Germany
- Shipping costs: €4.99 per order
- Delivery time: approximately 2 to 4 working days
Other Member States of the European Union
- Shipping costs: €13.99 per order
- Delivery time: approximately 3 to 7 working days
Standard shipping within the European Union is free for orders with a value of €120.00 or more.
The relevant order value is calculated after all discounts and discount codes have been deducted. Shipping costs are not included when calculating whether the order qualifies for free shipping.
Unless a different delivery time is specified on the relevant product page, the delivery times stated above apply.
4. Calculation of the delivery period
Unless otherwise stated for the selected payment method, the delivery period begins on the working day following the conclusion of the contract.
For payment methods requiring prior payment authorisation or confirmation, the delivery period begins on the working day following authorisation or confirmation by the relevant payment service provider.
If the final day of the delivery period falls on a Sunday or public holiday at the delivery destination, the delivery period ends on the following working day.
Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays at the delivery destination.
5. Shipping providers
Depending on the delivery destination, parcel size and availability, orders are shipped in particular using:
- DHL
- DPD
- GLS
Trucktat GmbH selects the shipping provider. The customer is not entitled to delivery by a specific shipping provider unless expressly agreed otherwise.
If an order is delivered in several partial shipments, the customer will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result.
6. Payment methods
The available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Depending on the delivery country, device used, order value and the result of any assessment performed by the relevant payment service provider, the following payment methods may be available:
Credit and debit cards
Payment may be made using the following cards in particular:
- Visa
- Mastercard
Depending on the checkout configuration, payment processing is carried out in particular through Shopify Payments or Stripe.
After the order has been placed, the amount may be authorised or charged to the card used. The exact time at which the card is charged depends on the payment process and the terms of the relevant payment service provider.
PayPal
If PayPal is selected, the customer will be redirected to PayPal to complete the payment or will be provided with an appropriate PayPal payment window during checkout.
A PayPal account is generally required unless PayPal offers payment without an account in the individual case. Payment is carried out in accordance with the terms agreed between the customer and PayPal.
Klarna
Depending on the delivery country, order value and individual approval by Klarna, the following Klarna payment methods may be offered in particular:
- Klarna Pay Now
- Klarna Pay Later or payment by invoice
- Klarna Financing or payment by instalments
- other Klarna payment methods displayed during checkout
When a Klarna payment method is selected, payment is processed by Klarna. Klarna may make the availability of a payment method subject to an identity, address or creditworthiness assessment.
The applicable payment deadlines, instalments, costs and other conditions will be displayed to the customer by Klarna before the payment is completed. The customer is not entitled to approval for a particular Klarna payment method.
Apple Pay
Apple Pay may be used if the customer uses a compatible Apple device, has configured Apple Pay and Apple Pay is displayed as an available payment method during checkout.
Payment is processed using the payment method stored in Apple Pay.
Google Pay
Google Pay may be used if the customer uses a compatible device, has configured Google Pay and Google Pay is displayed as an available payment method during checkout.
Payment is processed using the payment method stored in Google Pay.
7. Payment due date and processing
Unless otherwise stated for the selected payment method, the purchase price becomes due upon conclusion of the contract.
Payment may be processed by external payment service providers. The terms of the payment service provider selected by the customer also apply to the processing of the payment.
Only the payment methods actually displayed to the customer during checkout are available. Individual payment methods may be unavailable due to the delivery country, order value, technical requirements or a decision made by the payment service provider.
8. Failed payments
If a payment cannot be successfully authorised or processed, Trucktat GmbH is not required to dispatch the order until full payment or sufficient payment confirmation from the payment service provider has been received.
The customer must provide accurate and complete information when completing the payment process.
